How long does voice training take?

Under a minute to kick off. audenAI reads your recent profile and builds your Voice Lab, which you can refine any time. You don’t upload a corpus or fill out a brand-voice questionnaire; it learns from what you’ve already published.

Do I need to install anything?

Accepted Answer

No. VoiceMoat runs in your browser dashboard. The Chrome extension is optional on Twitter, where it brings replies in your voice right into your feed, and strongly recommended on LinkedIn, where it writes comments into LinkedIn’s comment box and powers voice training, home-feed discovery, and analytics from your own logged-in session.

Is the feed empty until I follow people?

No. Inspiration ships with a library of high-performing posts from both Twitter and LinkedIn, sorted into categories, so your first screen is full before you track anyone. As you add creators the feed shifts toward them. Every post carries how it did against that creator’s own median, so a post with big numbers from someone who always gets big numbers is not mistaken for a hit.

Is there a trial?

Yes, a paid one: $1 for 3 days at Creator level or $5 for 3 days at Pro level, card required. It converts to your chosen plan when it ends unless you cancel first. There’s also a bare free tier with a small daily allotment. See pricing for current plans and limits.

audenAI is the brain inside VoiceMoat. It builds your voice profile from your own posts across 10 signals of voice. It isn’t a generic assistant with your name pasted on top. It drafts in your register and checks your drafts against your own baseline and what you actually say.

What are Style and Stance?

Accepted Answer

Two checks on your drafts. Style counts how many of your habits it matches, such as length, openers, emoji and line shape, with a real line of yours for each miss. Stance reads each line against the claims, stories and framings in your own posts, and says On voice, Check one line or Off voice. They are never blended into one number.

Is this voice cloning?

No. VoiceMoat works on your written content, not audio. audenAI learns the patterns in your own content (rhythm, vocabulary, hooks, structure, tone, punctuation, and more) so drafts read like you. You still supply the thought and make the final call. It scales your voice; it doesn’t impersonate you.

Can I chat with audenAI?

Yes, on Creator, Pro and Enterprise. It reads your posts, your numbers, your queue and your drafts before it answers, and it can schedule, save a draft or post for you, each only after you confirm on a card. You can type to it or talk to it; when you ask for something out loud, it tells you what it understood and waits for you to say go. See audenAI.

Can I use VoiceMoat from Claude or ChatGPT?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On Pro and Enterprise, the MCP connector gives Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT and Grok fifteen tools to read your voice and numbers, and to draft, check, schedule and publish on Twitter and LinkedIn. Until VoiceMoat is approved in ChatGPT's Plugin Directory, posting from ChatGPT needs a Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace. The Claude skills are free and need no account.

Will my writing be used to train shared models?

Accepted Answer

Never. Your posts, voice profile, and generated content are not used to train shared models, improve other customers’ experiences, or sold to third parties. Your content is yours.

What plans are available?

Accepted Answer

A free tier plus paid plans with higher limits and deeper features. Current tiers, limits, and prices live on the pricing page, which is always the source of truth.

How does billing work?

Accepted Answer

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo’s legal entity appears on your card statement rather than ours, and Dodo collects and files applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST on each transaction. Your checkout receipt reflects this.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel any time and your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

What are the free plan limits?

Free accounts get a small daily allotment (currently 3 posts and 10 replies per day, from a pool of 10 daily credits). Paid plans raise those limits substantially. See pricing for the current numbers.

Which platforms are supported?

Accepted Answer

Twitter and LinkedIn. We’d rather do text-first platforms deeply, where your content is the whole product, than serve many platforms shallowly.

Can VoiceMoat schedule posts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Set a per-profile schedule (timezone, daily goal, and time slots) on both Twitter and LinkedIn. Scheduled posts publish directly at their scheduled time on both platforms. When you post right away, a plain Twitter post opens Twitter’s own window for you to send; threads, media, and LinkedIn posts publish directly.

Does it post automatically without me?

Only what you asked for or approved goes out: a post you scheduled or posted, a tap on Post in audenAI, a Grow calendar you approved, or a request you made to your own assistant through the connector. There are no auto-reply blasts, auto-DMs, or follow/unfollow loops.

What is Grow?

audenAI plans and writes a rolling calendar of posts in your voice, built around what you sell and your content pillars, with a separate plan for Twitter and for LinkedIn. You approve the plan before anything is scheduled. See Grow.

Can VoiceMoat make images and carousels?

Yes. Media Studio turns a post into a designed card or carousel, a meme, or a generated image.

What does the Chrome extension do?

On Twitter it is a reply coach on every post: audenAI drafts a reply in your voice in a card right under the post, and Put in reply box opens Twitter’s own reply box for you to press Reply. On LinkedIn it writes comments straight into LinkedIn’s comment box for you to post, and reads your own posts, home feed, and analytics, plus your own recent comments only when you click Analyze my LinkedIn or Re-train, from your logged-in session. It never posts on LinkedIn for you.

Where is my data stored?

Accepted Answer

On Supabase managed Postgres with row-level security, so you can only access your own data. All traffic uses HTTPS and data at rest is encrypted by Supabase. Social access tokens are also encrypted by us (AES-256-GCM) before they are stored, and are never exposed through our API.

Question 23

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

From the Settings page. Scheduled posts are canceled at once. Signing back in with the same Google account within 30 days restores the account; after that your voice profiles, drafts and analytics are permanently deleted. There is no self-serve export yet: email founder@voicemoat.com for a copy of your data first.

Do you sell my data or run ad trackers?
