VoiceMoat is an AI-powered content creation platform that analyzes your writing style and generates social media content. The service includes a web dashboard and Chrome extension for Twitter.
You are responsible for all content posted through VoiceMoat, including AI-generated content. You agree not to use the service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates Twitter's terms of service. You must have authorization to post to any connected social accounts.
Content generated by VoiceMoat AI is provided as suggestions. You should review all AI-generated content before posting. VoiceMoat is not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or consequences of AI-generated content.
VoiceMoat offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
As merchant of record, Dodo Payments' legal entity appears on customer card statements rather than VoiceMoat's, and Dodo Payments collects and files applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST on each transaction. Receipts and invoices issued at checkout reflect this.
Free accounts are limited to a small daily allotment (currently 3 posts and 10 replies per day, see /pricing for current limits). Paid plans have higher limits. VoiceMoat reserves the right to modify usage limits with notice.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse or spam, or use the service in a way that negatively impacts other users.
VoiceMoat is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to social media account suspensions, lost content, or engagement changes.
