1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using VoiceMoat, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to hold a VoiceMoat account.

2. What VoiceMoat is

VoiceMoat is a social media marketing platform for Twitter and LinkedIn. It analyzes how you write, drafts and improves posts in that voice, scores drafts against it, publishes and schedules posts when you ask it to, and reports how they performed.

The service is a web dashboard, a browser extension, and an optional connector that lets an AI assistant use those same tools on your behalf.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google, which is the only sign-in method. You are responsible for keeping that Google account secure, because access to it is access to VoiceMoat.

You must have authorization to post to any social account you connect, and you must not connect an account you do not control.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for everything published through VoiceMoat, including content generated by AI.

You agree not to use the service for spam, harassment, impersonation or misleading content, and not to use it in a way that breaks the terms of Twitter or LinkedIn.

Those platforms set their own rules and enforce them independently. They can restrict or suspend your account regardless of anything in these terms, and we cannot appeal on your behalf.

5. AI-generated content

Drafts, ideas, hooks and scores are suggestions. Review everything before you publish it.

VoiceMoat is not responsible for the accuracy, originality or consequences of generated content. A voice score tells you how closely a piece of text matches your own writing. It is not a judgment about whether the text is true, appropriate, or a good idea to post.

6. Publishing and scheduling

A post goes out only after something you do: pressing Post or Schedule in the dashboard, pressing Post on an audenAI confirmation card, starting a Growth Autopilot batch, pressing Post Reply or starting a reply queue in the browser extension, or asking a connected AI assistant to post. In the dashboard and in audenAI you see the exact text and the account before you confirm. A finished Growth Autopilot batch is placed on your calendar at the posting times you set. You can edit or cancel any scheduled post on the Calendar until it goes out.

A scheduled post publishes unattended at the time you set. Scheduled times are shifted by up to seven minutes at random so posts do not all land on round times, and the time we show you after scheduling is the real one.

Once a post is live on Twitter or LinkedIn, we cannot retract it for you. Delete it on the platform itself.

7. Connecting an AI assistant

On the Pro and Enterprise plans you can connect VoiceMoat to ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol.

The assistant acts on your behalf, and what it does counts as your action, including the credits it spends. Publishing from an assistant takes two separate calls, and our side never posts on the first. We cannot make the assistant show you the preview, so keep its ask-before-running setting on. You can end a connection at any time with Disconnect in Settings > Assistants.

8. Subscriptions, credits and billing

VoiceMoat has a free plan and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.

Usage is metered in credits from a daily pool that refills each day and does not roll over. Credit packs bought separately are not part of that daily pool, are not cleared when it refills, and expire 7 days after purchase. A trial is paid, lasts 3 days and comes with a one-time amount of credits instead of a daily pool. When it ends, it continues onto the paid plan you picked and you are billed for it, unless you cancel before it ends, in which case your account moves to the Free plan. Current plans, prices and allowances are on the pricing page, which is the authority rather than this one.

You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period. We do not refund partial billing periods.

As merchant of record, Dodo Payments' legal entity appears on card statements rather than VoiceMoat's, and Dodo Payments collects and files applicable sales tax, VAT and GST on each transaction. Receipts and invoices issued at checkout reflect this.

9. Availability and changes

We may change features, plans and credit allowances. We will give notice of material changes to a paid plan you are on.

The service depends on Twitter, LinkedIn, AI providers and other third parties. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability when one of them changes, rate-limits us, or fails.

10. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, engage in abuse or spam, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platforms we connect to.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. It can be restored for 30 days and is then permanently deleted, as described in our privacy policy.

11. Limitation of liability

VoiceMoat is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including social media account restrictions or suspensions, lost or unpublished content, missed scheduled posts, or changes in engagement.

12. Governing law

VoiceMoat is operated from India. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
