By accessing or using VoiceMoat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

VoiceMoat is an AI-powered content creation platform that analyzes your writing style and generates social media content. The service includes a web dashboard and Chrome extension for Twitter/X.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content posted through VoiceMoat, including AI-generated content. You agree not to use the service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates Twitter/X terms of service. You must have authorization to post to any connected social accounts.

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by VoiceMoat AI is provided as suggestions. You should review all AI-generated content before posting. VoiceMoat is not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or consequences of AI-generated content.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

VoiceMoat offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Razorpay. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Usage Limits

Free accounts are limited to 50 AI generations per day. Pro accounts have higher limits. VoiceMoat reserves the right to modify usage limits with notice.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse or spam, or use the service in a way that negatively impacts other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

VoiceMoat is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to social media account suspensions, lost content, or engagement changes.
