What happens after my trial ends?
Your trial gives you a set number of credits to spend over 3 days. When the window ends, it converts to the plan you picked and your card is charged, so you keep going without a gap. Cancel any time before then and you drop to Free (keepalive).
How do credits work?
Every action spends credits from a daily pool that resets at midnight UTC, with no carry-forward. Most actions are light: a reply or a tweet is 1 credit, a thread is 2, audenAI chat is 1 to 2. You see the cost on every button before you click.
Can I run more than one account?
Yes. Every plan includes 1 profile; add more as paid slots (up to 3 on Creator, 4 on Pro, 6 on Enterprise). Each added slot also raises your shared daily credit pool.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. Creator and Pro get a fixed $10 pack (100 and 150 credits); Enterprise pays what it wants ($10 or more, at $0.05 a credit). Top-ups are used after your daily pool and expire 7 days from purchase.
Is annual cheaper?
Yes. Annual is billed once at 10x the monthly price ($350 Creator, $690 Pro, $1,500 Enterprise), so two months are free versus paying monthly.
What is audenAI Deep?
Deep is our most capable model. On every paid plan, audenAI chat runs on Deep and loads your full voice read, including drift protection and correction memory. Enterprise also uses Deep for one-off writing: Studio drafts, replies, Improve and Rate post, which run on Standard on Creator and Pro. The trial runs on Standard.
Do I need my own AI keys?
No. audenAI is included in every paid plan. You manage what you write, not what powers it.
