How we picked these top LinkedIn influencers

This list uses public sources only. Each person appears in at least one public ranking or roundup of LinkedIn creators (such as OutX, MagicPost or DataNorth AI's 2026 list), and we checked public profiles where LinkedIn allowed it. Follower counts appear only where we read them on the person's public LinkedIn profile on 21 October 2026, rounded the way LinkedIn shows them. Where we could not check a profile, the count is left blank rather than guessed. No private data is used.

We grouped people by what they post about, because "most followers" is less useful than "who to learn from in my field". The niches: business leaders, entrepreneurship and startups, leadership and careers, personal branding and the creator economy, marketing and sales, tech and AI, money and investing, and productivity and wellbeing.

LinkedIn influencers vs LinkedIn Top Voices

LinkedIn runs its own program, Top Voices. LinkedIn Help describes it as invite-only, for a select group of experts, leaders and public figures, who get a blue badge on their profile. LinkedIn finds new Top Voices by reviewing content on the platform and through a nomination form it reviews quarterly. LinkedIn's editorial team says members must meet high trust standards and be consistently active, and LinkedIn and Microsoft employees are excluded.

This page is broader. It includes widely followed names who may or may not hold the badge. With LinkedIn reporting more than 1 billion members, there is no single official ranking of the most influential people on it.

What to learn from them, without copying them

  • A clear niche. The people here are known for one or two topics. Readers know what they will get.

  • A mix of personal and practical. A story one day, a framework the next.

  • Formats that fit the idea. Some ideas work as a short post, some as a carousel. The LinkedIn post templates and carousel templates give you both shapes.

  • A pace they can keep. Notice how often each person posts and how long their posts run, then pick a rhythm you can sustain for months.

  • Their own voice. Nobody on this list sounds like anyone else on it. That is the part you cannot borrow.

Learn from the best, sound like yourself

Studying top creators is useful until you start sounding like them. VoiceMoat keeps the two apart. Inspiration helps you study what works for other creators, and audenAI drafts your posts in your own voice, learned from your own LinkedIn content. You take the lesson, not the voice, and your feed keeps sounding like you.
