Handle my replies

Why use it

A post that lands leaves work behind. Answering everything is a job nobody budgeted for. Answering nothing reads as broadcasting. Most people start at the top, write four careful paragraphs to the first commenter, and run out of attention before the reply that actually mattered.

What it does

It sorts every reply into four buckets before writing a word: a real answer, a reaction only, leave it, or needs a human. Anything touching a client, an employer, money or a dispute goes in the last one and gets no draft at all. Then it answers the question that was asked rather than restating the post.

What you get

• The whole thread sorted before anything is drafted, so attention goes where it counts
• Answers to the actual question, including the answer that you do not know
• A way of conceding a point in public, which is the most credible move available
• One reply to bait, or none, and never two

What it will not do

It will not decide whether something is defamatory, actionable or a breach of contract. Those go to a person. It will not write an apology for you to send unread.

What changes when VoiceMoat is connected

Replies are where voice slips most, because they are written fast and in volume, and nobody notices the drift while writing them one at a time.

• get_post Pulls the post and its replies from your account, so the sort runs on the real thread rather than on what got pasted in.
• get_voice_profile Gives the register you post in, which is the register the replies should be in and usually are not.
• score_voice_match Catches the drift into customer-service voice across a run of replies, which is the commonest tell that the post was the performance.

Replies are somebody else's text, so the skill treats them as data rather than as instructions. A comment claiming to be from you, or asking for something to be sent, is still just a comment.
