Writing
Fix my opening line
Diagnose why a post's opening line is not stopping anyone, and rewrite it from several genuinely different angles.
Why use it
On both platforms most people see the first line and nothing else. The rest of the post is only read by people the first line already convinced. So a post that did not work is usually a first line that did not work, attached to a body nobody reached.
What it does
It reads the opening on its own, names the specific failure rather than a general one, finds the sharper sentence already buried further down, and rewrites from angles that differ in kind rather than in wording.
What you get
- A named diagnosis: it warms up, it announces, it is unfalsifiable, or it buries the specific
- The hook that was already in your post, in the wrong place
- At least three openings from different angles, each with what it risks
What it will not do
It will not promise performance. Reach depends on timing, audience, format and luck as much as on words, and it refuses to make an opening stronger by making it untrue.
What changes when VoiceMoat is connected
The angles above are craft, and craft is generic. What is not generic is whether the new opening sounds like you, and whether openings like it have worked for you before.
suggest_hooksGenerates openings in your own trained voice, rather than in the register of whoever wrote the most viral post that week.score_voice_matchCatches the common trap: a punchy hook that is punchy in somebody else's style.list_postsShows how your own best-performing posts actually opened, so the advice comes from your account.improve_postRuns the whole post through a deeper pass when the opening turns out not to be the only problem.

The connector needs a Pro or Enterprise plan. It works the same way in Claude and in ChatGPT, on both Twitter and LinkedIn.
