Audit it before I publish

Why use it

Editing makes a draft better. An audit decides whether it is ready, which is a different question with a different answer. Most drafts that get stuck do not need another pass of polish. They need one specific thing fixed, and the value is in finding which one and then stopping.

What it does

It reads the post the way it arrives rather than the way it was written: the first line alone, then whatever sits above the LinkedIn fold, then the body. It checks the claims before the craft, because a beautiful sentence inside a post that says something untrue is not a sentence problem. Then it ranks at most three fixes and says which checks came back clean.

What you get

• The first line judged on its own, as an advert for the rest rather than as an introduction
• A claim check covering every number, every story, the promise the opening makes, and anyone identifiable
• A named diagnosis for the ending, including the option of deleting it
• At most three fixes in order, and a straight answer on whether to post it as it stands

What it will not do

It will not tell you whether the post will perform, and it will not give you a score. Reading a draft against five posts you pasted is a read-through, not a measurement.
