Why most AI LinkedIn posts flop

• How-to or list. Concrete and useful. Travels furthest with people who do not know you yet.
• Sharp observation. One noticing, one takeaway. Best when you already have an audience.

What it refuses to write

Some of the rules are about what to leave out, because the fastest way to sound like every other post on the feed is to reach for the same furniture everyone else uses.

• No engagement bait.No “agree?”, no “comment below”, no “repost this”. Asking for the interaction is not the same as earning it.
• No announcement voice. Nobody is humbled to announce anything.
• No hashtag stuffing. Three at most, and only where they are genuinely relevant.
• No bracket placeholders. If it cannot be concrete about your topic, the option is not usable and padding it with [X] just hides that.
