Fix my Twitter profile

Review a Twitter profile the way somebody who just saw one tweet reads it, and fix the part that is costing you.

Why use it

A profile is read by somebody who saw one tweet and tapped your name, deciding in seconds whether there is more where that came from. Most bios answer a different question: they give a job title, which says what you are paid for and nothing about what you post.

What it does

It starts with where people are arriving from, because a visitor from a reply needs something different from one arriving from search. Then the name field, which renders larger than the bio and which most people waste. Then the bio, which has exactly one job. Then the pinned tweet, which is the most valuable space on the account and is usually a year old.

What you get

  • The name field used for the words that say what you are about, instead of left as a default
  • The bio tested by reading it aloud after "I follow this person because"
  • Five named bio failures, in the order they actually happen
  • A straight answer on whether the pinned tweet is still the right one

What it will not do

It will not promise followers. A profile converts the visits a tweet earns, it does not create them, and no bio has rescued an account nobody sees.

What changes when VoiceMoat is connected

A profile written in a register the tweets do not share is the mismatch a visitor notices first, and the person who wrote both cannot see it.

  • get_voice_profile Gives your Twitter register, so the bio sounds like the tweet that brought them there.
  • get_voice_insights Shows the subjects and patterns you actually post on, which is usually a better answer to what you are about than the one people give when asked.
  • score_voice_match Scores the rewritten bio against your profile, catching the drift into brochure voice this exercise invites.

VoiceMoat also runs free Twitter profile tools with no account needed: a bio generator, a profile roast and an account audit.

Power up with VoiceMoat

The connector needs a Pro or Enterprise plan. It works the same way in Claude and in ChatGPT, on both Twitter and LinkedIn.
